1. Eligibility

• Open to walk-in customers of O’Neal Medical – CPAP Plus during the promotional period.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Employees of O’Neal Medical – CPAP Plus and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, simply show an ONeal Medical team member your ResMed myAir™ app score from your mobile device during your visit.

• Your score must be from the same day or the previous night’s sleep session.

• Each eligible participant will receive one (1) raffle entry per visit, per day during the promotional period.

• One (1) entry per participant or Google Review.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Promotional Period

• Entries accepted from February 14th to May 15th, 2026 during normal business hours.

• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Prize and Drawing

• The raffle prize is (1) One Paptizer

• The drawing will take place on May 18th, 2025, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be notified by phone or email within 3 business days of the drawing.

• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, another winner may be chosen.

5. Conditions

• By entering, participants agree that their name and likeness may be used in promotional materials (e.g., social media, in-store displays).

• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

• O’Neal Medical – CPAP Plus reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
