What Is the NightOwl Home Sleep Test?
NightOwl is a clinically validated, FDA-approved device designed to detect symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It uses a single, small sensor placed on your fingertip that records multiple key measurements:
Actigraphy (body movement) to determine when you’re asleep or awake,
Blood oxygen levels
Peripheral Arterial Tone (PAT)—reflecting changes in your autonomic nervous system during sleep disturbances,
Calculates your Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI), the key measure of OSA severity.
