Return, Refunds, and Price Matching Policy

Single-Patient-Use and Hygiene-Related Items

Many respiratory and medical equipment items are intended for single-patient use and cannot be safely reissued once opened or used. 

For this reason:

• Retail purchases of CPAP masks are non-refundable and all sales are final.

• Opened, used, damaged, or soiled equipment or supplies cannot be accepted for return or refunded.

Returns Related to Prescriptive or Product Mismatch

If equipment or supplies provided by O’Neal Medical are determined to be unsuitable or inappropriate due to a mismatch between the prescribed item and the item dispensed, the equipment or supplies may be returned with no charge to the client*, provided O’Neal Medical is notified within 10 days of delivery.

This determination may be made by the client, caregiver, prescribing provider, or other individuals involved in the client’s care.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment (*less applicable credit card processing fees).

Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) Returns

Portable oxygen concentrator (POC) purchases may be returned within 30 days of the original sale date, less a 30% restocking fee, and subject to inspection and approval by O’Neal Medical as follows:

To qualify for a refund, the POC must:

• Be in proper working condition

• Show no excessive wear or damage

• Be clean and free of soiling

• Include all original accessories in working order

After 30 days from the date of sale, all POC sales are final and no refunds will be permitted.
