Return Policy

Equipment and supplies that are deemed to be unsuitable or inappropriate for the client, either by the client, the caregiver, or others involved in the care of the client, shall be accepted for return by the company, with no charges* incurred by the client, if the company is notified within 10 days of delivery.

Additional provisions:

• Any equipment or supplies that are soiled cannot be accepted for return after use.

• Portable oxygen concentrator (POC) sales:

  • Within 30 days of sale:

    • POCs may be returned within 30 days and refunded less a 30% restocking fee provided:

    • Before a refund is approved, the POC machine will be inspected by ONeal Medical, must be fully operational, not show excessive wear, not soiled, and must include all accessories in working order.

  • After 30 days: POC sales are deemed final with no refunds permitted after 30 days from the date of sale.

  • Refunds will be made in the manner which the payment was made (*less any credit card processing fees as applicable).
