Note on SD cards:

Each Resvent machine comes from the factory with a 4GB SD card that is pre-loaded with a serial number matching that of the machine. If a card becomes corrupt, or needs to be replaced for any reason, the best practice is:

  • DO NOT attempt to simply swap a card from another iBreeze unit as the machine you are installing it into will not be able to read it due to a serial number mismatch.

  • DO install a brand new SD card that has NO data on it. We’ve found cards from Resmed, Philips, or any other brand SD cards works fine. Before returning the machine to the patient, format the new card by inserting it into the iBreeze machine, access the clinical menu, and then format the new card using the format function found in the clinical menu.
