Plan options are:

  • Blue Access Gold for Business

  • Blue Secure Silver for Business

Full time employees (30+ hours) are eligible after ninety days of employment

Employees are provided a monthly benefit of $450.00 applied towards the health coverage of their choice. The balance of the premium is payroll deducted per paycheck.

Dental

Dental Blue 1000A Plan is offered

Full time employees (30+ hours) are eligible after ninety days of employment

Dental coverage is not included as a company benefit and available at additional cost to you.

Enrollment in Health is not required to purchase Dental

Employees 21 years of age and who have completed a minimum of 1,000 hours of service, are eligible to participate in the retirement plan.

Matching is 100% up to 3% ,  50% up to 5%

2 years 20%

5 years 80%

6 years 100%
